We just released a new software suite for determining minority carrier recombination rates in semiconductor thin films using transient photoconductivity data. The software was written to better understand optical-pump, THz-probe data that we collected on SnS thin films in collaboration with the groups of Aaron Lindenberg (Stanford / SLAC) and Keith Nelson (MIT). Stay tuned for an upcoming paper on our results!
